Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas
We ship to all 50 US states, including:

Continental US (48 adjacent states);

Alaska;

Hawaii;

US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands).

Note: We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, standard delivery takes 14–21 business days depending on your location:

Continental US: 14–18 business days;

Alaska & Hawaii: 18–21 business days;

US territories: 20–25 business days.

We use a combination of carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping: $9.99 per order;

Free shipping: on all orders over $100 (Continental US only);

Alaska, Hawaii & territories: additional $15 surcharge applies.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

an email with your tracking number;

updates on delivery progress via email;

the ability to track your package online through our website or the carrier’s website.

5. Large & Heavy Items
For oversized or heavy items (furniture, appliances, etc.):

delivery may take 21–30 business days;

additional shipping fees apply (calculated at checkout);

white‑glove delivery service available upon request (additional fee).

6. Taxes
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence or nexus, as required by law. Tax rates vary by state and locality.

7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the US.

8. Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After processing begins, cancellation is not possible.

Returns: You have 30 days from delivery date to return unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days.

For damaged items, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacement or refund will be provided as appropriate.

10. Delays & Exceptions
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to:

high‑volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays);

severe weather conditions;

carrier delays;

customs processing (for territories).

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
